Guys come on, many of you know about Ayasaki, Hayate; and if you don’t, SHAME ON YOU!!!….  As we all know Hayate no Gotoku! (Hayate, the Combat Butler!) franchise was, and still is, a hit in Japan, but after seeing it three  times the 2nd season of the anime (Hayate no Gotoku!!), I understand why anime fans were disappointment. After the first 3 episodes, the anime should have changed the name to “Adventures of Hinagiku katsura” because the storyline was centered on her. This for me was a disappointment, though I decided to keep watching ’till the end, but I noticed that from episode 4 to episode 13 it was more like a Hina-san fanservice.
Another point that actually disappoint the viewers was the idea that the 2nd season is based 99.999999999% on the manga. For me this is not something that bad. If you read the manga, it’s actually very convenient, because you don’t have to read ’till Chapter 161 in which the 2nd season ends. Though, for many this meant that the director did not have imagination to make his own storyline, and for those who read the manga, this was not new. Well, in the end what can I say, the franchise is very popular and many of their characters are praised as idols like those from Lucky*Star and Haruhi Suzumiya.
