Anime Rants

Before I get into the rant, there are two series of Inuyasha. The one I’m ranting about is the first one. The one I will rant about later is Kanketsu Hen, the one after Inuyasha. So here we go.

Inuyasha, for those that don’t know, is about a half dog demon, half human named Inuyasha who fell in love with a priestess, named Kikyo. I’m not gonna get into the whole thing, but long story short, they fell in love, then there was betrayal, and supposedly he attacked her for the sacred jewel so she went after him, sealed him to a tree and died. There’s more but I will not narrate the whole story. Here’s the rant for those that DO know the whole story.

Goddammit, I got so fuckin’ tired of Inuyasha whining like a little bitch every fuckin’ time Kinky-ho showed her freakin’ face! “I love you Kikyo! I don’t care if you want to drag me to hell with you! I don’t care if there’s a young girl who’s actually alive and looks better than you who loves me! I love you!!!” GOD! I tried sitting through the whole anime but it was too damn long and Naruku pissed me the fuck off! Naraku was a bigger pussy than everyone else! Supposedly he’s supposed to be the strongest demon and can’t be killed and shit but he keeps fuckin’ running away every time someone gets close to him! And he never does shit himself! I mean really, Naraku NEVER gets in a fist fight or anything, all he does is wave his fuckin’ pixie dust at everyone to kill them, or puts some fuckin’ mutated beedrill into the mix to keep Miroku away, OR he has a fuckin’ shield up! At least Inuyasha fights his own battles and keeps charging in no matter how much he gets his ass kicked!

And now for Sesshomaru. He is cool, I’ll give him that. But lets get real, he’s fuckin’ OBSESSED with getting Inuyasha’s Tetsusaiga. He may look like he’s emotionless and shit but on the inside he’s crying to daddy. “Why didn’t you give me the sword, daddy? Why is Inuyasha better than me? Why Daddy??” Shut the fuck up and be a man about it! You’re a full demon, you can change into a giant fuckin’ dog! Stop bitching about one fuckin’ sword and get a damn life! There’s actually a deeper meaning behind why Sesshomaru didn’t get it, so watch Kanketsu Hen if you didn’t.

Kagome is annoying as hell. What the hell is she good for really? All she does is get in the way. In fact, everything that happened was HER fuckin’ fault! How fuckin’ stupid do you have to be to shoot the Jewel and shatter it? I’ll admit, that’s some pretty badass aim, but still! It wasn’t necessary, she could have fuckin’ hit the bird in the head or something. And then we get to how shes madly in love with a guy that stays chasing a dead bitch. It’s girls like Kagome that make guys think they need to be complete assholes to get girls to like them. Like seriously. Hojo treats her way better than Inuyasha and actually shows interest, but she pushes him away…actually he’s a bit of a pussy, so I don’t totally blame her.

I’m not even gonna talk about Miroku and Sango, because honestly, there’s really nothing bad to say about them. Miroku’s a perv, but he had a sad story, and so did Sango, and she’s not bad either. So I’ll leave them alone. I’ll also leave Shippo alone too, ‘cuz he’s not even worth mentioning. He’s just there.

All in all, the only thing that really kept me into the anime was whether Kikyo was actually gonna die. The action wasn’t all bad, just the people pissed me off really.

Rating: 2/5 – Something I’d catch every now and again when I’m bored. Kanketsu Hen is better though. And SHORTER.
