My History Behind It
Pokemon is one of the first anime I have ever seen, which I am going to be truthful with you guys and say I barely watched the first season. Why? Because it felt like every episode was the same. Don’t get me wrong the beginning was awesome, but after Team Rocket was introduced my respect for it fell drastically.

Plot
The plot was okay, but it seems like it is never going to be resolved. Ash goes from town to town looking to collect all the pokemon in the world, which is a reasonable ambition, but when does it end? Every season hundreds of other pokemon appear, and from where? I don’t know. I used to collect the cards until the producers went buck wild with the pokemon, and that is when I said enough is enough.

My Dislikes
Team Rocket seemed badass the first time they entered the picture, and I was like oh snap what now Ash you aint going to collect shit now, but Team Rocket seemed to fail again and again and again. Every time they failed they would get dumber and dumber. They got so dumb they started taking orders from a talking cat, which they could have made a lot of money off of, but hence their dumbness.

Pure Ranting
One more thing why don’t pokemon die? There was one episode where charmander almost died, but he didn’t (what a shocker), because he was saved by Ash. Are pokemon regular animals? They must be, because regular animals would get destroyed by pokemon. If pokemon are animals why don’t I see Ash eating them from time to time. WTF! This must mean everyone in the anime are vegetarians, and if I was in that world I would go crazy. Back to the pokemon not dying thing. How can pokemon withstand so much abuse and not die? If I was one of Ash’s pokemon, I would have committed suicide. Pokemon are abused day to day, and then are locked up in a tiny ball, seriously, how can something take that much abuse? Also why can’t I throw fifty pokemon at one pokemon, which I would have done in every duel. If the other guy kept acting up I would just kill his pokemon and leave. Now that I am looking at it, I would have robbed banks with all those pokemon. Oh yah, seriously Ash, get a new wardrobe. You walked a thousand miles already, you must have passed a clothing store somewhere. And who lets little kids travel the world where everyone looks the same, talks the same way, and acts the same way. And what the fuck happened to Ash after the first season, did he accomplished his task? I don’t feel like watching anymore pokemon past the first season because it is the same crap as the first.

Oh Yah, My Likes
Evolution!!! I love it when pokemon evolve; it makes me want to punch a hole in the wall out of pure happiness. Weak to amazing! Then pwn your enemies with your new and improved weapon. Pokemon are weapons in my eyes.
